Welcome to shafiquladil.com (“Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of my website and services provided by Shafiqul Adil (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By accessing or hiring my services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

I provide professional WordPress web design, customization, maintenance, and consulting services.
All services are delivered according to agreed proposals, timelines, and pricing discussed before project initiation.

2. Payments

  • A deposit (typically 50%) may be required to begin work.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery.
  • Payments must be made via secure, approved methods (e.g., bank transfer, bKash, Payoneer, Wise, Western Union).
  • Projects are non-transferable until full payment is received.
  • Refunds are not issued for completed or delivered services.

3. Revisions & Modifications

  • Each service package includes a set number of revisions (defined before the project starts).
  • Any additional requests, new features, or scope changes will be quoted separately.
  • Unused revisions cannot be carried over to future projects.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information, files, and content required for the project.
  • Respond promptly to feedback or approval requests.
  • Ensure all provided materials are legally owned or licensed.

Failure to provide necessary materials on time may delay delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All creative work remains the property of the Designer until full payment is received.
  • After full payment, the client owns the final website or design deliverables.
  • I may showcase completed projects in my portfolio or marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Delivery & Maintenance

  • Delivery timelines depend on project scope and client responsiveness.
  • Once delivered, I’m not liable for third-party plugin issues, hosting errors, or modifications made by others.
  • Maintenance or post-launch support is available under separate agreements.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If the client cancels before work begins, any deposit may be partially refunded (minus fees).
  • After work starts, deposits are non-refundable.
  • If a client cancels mid-project, they are liable for payment covering work completed up to that point.

8. Confidentiality

All project materials, ideas, and business information shared during collaboration are kept strictly confidential.

9. Liability Limitation

I will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (including data loss, downtime, or missed opportunities) arising from using or failing to use the website or services.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or misunderstanding should first be addressed through direct communication. Both parties agree to handle disagreements professionally and in good faith before pursuing external resolution.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
